We currently ship to the U.S. only. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, except for holidays or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping: If available at checkout for faster delivery (2-3 business days).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. You will see the exact cost before completing your purchase.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the shipping carrier’s website.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain restricted international addresses. Please check your address during checkout to confirm that we can deliver to your location.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your products.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please fill out a inquiry on the contact page with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll send you instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items of equal value. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at shopsableandsol@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help you process the exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Domestic Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
