  • Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).

Refund Process

Shipping Costs

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shopsableandsol@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your item(s). We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and either refund your purchase or send a replacement item (if avaliable) at no additional cost to you.
